Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy for Claymor Studio Pottery Workshops and Pottery Courses

At Claymor Studio, we understand that sometimes you may need to cancel or reschedule your  booking. Our refund policy is designed to be fair to both our customers and our business.

 

POTTERY WORKSHOPS

Cancellation by You:

If you need to cancel your workshop booking, please let us know as soon as possible. Workshops are non refundable but you are eligible to transfer the workshop credits to a future workshop held up to 90 days after the date of the original booking. The workshop spot will expire after the 90 day period.

 

Cancellation by Us:

In the unlikely event that we need to cancel a workshop, we will notify you as soon as possible and provide a full refund or credit towards a future workshop. We are not responsible for any other expenses you may have incurred, such as travel or accommodation.

 

POTTERY COURSES

Cancellation by you:

If you need to cancel your booking, please let us know as soon as possible. You are eligible for a refund or credit towards a future course, depending on the timing of your cancellation:

  • Cancellation at least 14 days prior to the course start date: You may be eligible for a full refund, minus a 10% processing fee.

  • Cancellation within 7-14 days prior to the course start date: You may be eligible for a 50% refund, or a credit towards a future workshop.

  • Cancellation within 7 days of the course start date: No refunds or credits will be given.

If you need to reschedule your booking, please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate your request, subject to availability.

 

Cancellation by Us:

In the unlikely event that we need to cancel a workshop or a pottery course, we will notify you as soon as possible and provide a full refund or credit towards a future workshop/course. We are not responsible for any other expenses you may have incurred, such as travel or accommodation.

 

No Show:

If you fail to show up for your workshop without prior notice, you will not be eligible for a refund or credit.

 

How to Request a Refund:

To request a refund or credit, please contact us using the contact information provided on our website. We will process your request as soon as possible, but please allow up to 10 business days for us to issue a refund.

 

Changes to this Refund Policy:

We reserve the right to modify this refund policy at any time. If we make material changes to this refund policy, we will notify you by updating the "Effective Date" at the top of this page.
